I ordered a whole chicken and baby goat, but once I opened the bags at home, I noticed a horrible smell coming from both meats. The smell was so bad that I was concerned the meat had spoiled, possibly due to improper storage or lack of proper refrigeration. Otherwise, I’m not sure how old the meat was. I had no choice but to throw everything away. It was extremely disappointing. I’m done ordering meat from here.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I bought chicken from this store, and while cleaning it at home, I found 2–3 Green muscle like spots inside the chicken. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and quality control. When I contacted the store, I was asked to bring the product back for verification before they would consider a replacement. Given the nature of the issue, this response was frustrating and disappointing. Food safety should not be treated this lightly. I expected better quality checks and more responsible customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my trust in the store

Bought a $12.34 fish from meat hub it was rotten seller admitted it was a week old fish refused to refund me and wanted me to bring curry as proof.

We were in Troy and decided to try this place based on a friend's recommendation, specifically for their pomfret. We called ahead to place an order over the phone. However, when we arrived for pickup after 30 minutes, we were told the order hadn't been prepared yet. That was disappointing, especially since we were told it will be ready in 20 minutes. The staff apologized and asked us to wait a few minutes, but we chose to leave and return later. To their credit, they called us about five minutes before closing to let us know the order was ready and check if we were still coming. I appreciated that follow-up. I was a bit hesitant at that point, not sure about the quality given the earlier mix-up, especially since the price was also lower than what we usually pay for pomfret. But once we cooked it, wow! The quality of the fish was excellent and fresh. Definitely worth it in the end. Another plus, there is an Indian store right next door, so it's convenient if you're planning to shop while you wait or pick up other groceries. If they can tighten up their order-handling process a bit, this would be a 5-star experience. For now, I'm giving 4 stars for the great product and their eff

I had a wonderful experience at Famous Meat Hub in Troy. Their wide range of Indian meat options, including prawns, impressed me. I especially liked how they customized the chicken cutting to suit different dishes like curry or biryani. The customer service was decent, adding to the overall positive visit.
